From June 15 to 20, AMCAD SAS and WUPATEC will be present at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in San Francisco, at booth #2043, located within the Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA stand.

This annual event is a major meeting point for professionals in the RF and microwave industries, and a key opportunity to exchange on the latest developments, technologies and applications.

This year, AMCAD will showcase three live demonstrations focused on RF transistor modeling, test and measurement, and high-voltage GaN characterization.

What we’ll be demonstrating

  • RF Power Amplifier for Test & Measurement
A reliable solution for RF labs, this amplifier will be presented in a live setup to highlight its performance in real conditions.
  • AM3200 Pulse IV System with Focus Tuners and MPI Probe Station
A complete workflow for RF transistor modeling, including pulsed IV and S-parameter measurements. The demo will show how the system improves measurement speed and modeling accuracy.
  • High-Voltage GaN Pulsed IV with the AM3242 Probe
Dedicated to GaN power device characterization, this demo will focus on robust and precise pulsed IV measurements at high voltage.

Meet our team

Florentin Renault, RF Application Engineer at AMCAD, will be available on-site to guide you through each demo and answer your questions.

Whether you're working on power amplifier design, transistor modeling, or high-voltage testing, our team will be glad to discuss your technical needs.
