OUR FONDATION

AMCAD Engineering was funded in 2004. Its core mission was to provide innovative measurement-modeling-simulation solutions to help customers designing smart and safe communication systems!

On May 30th 2024, AMCAD Engineering has joined Dassault Systèmes, as part of the SIMULIA’s team who is leading 3D Electromagnetic simulation capabilities. By adding the modeling-simulation and characterization capabilities of RF and microwave active circuits, AMCAD Engineering will extend the footprint of the Radio Frequency Simulation solutions provided by SIMULIA/CST.

Prior to this acquisition, innovative RF test instruments that were part of AMCAD Engineering portfolio, have been transferred to AMCAD SAS, which remains an independent company with its own Mission, Ambition, Expertise, and Proposal.

Both AMCAD Engineering and AMCAD SAS have entered into a long-term partnership agreement to ensure the current and future compatibility and optimization between their respective software and hardware solutions to better address tomorrow’s customers challenges.
